Your satisfaction is very important to us here at Holiday Galore Store. Exchanges and returns should be simple and fair as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return or exchange can be made within 365 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with a copy of your receipt. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number which can be easily obtained online. Please note the following:
Refunds will be made in same method of payment as the purchase of the merchandise.
Credit/debit card - the credit will be posted to your credit card account the same day we process your return.
Check - a refund check will be mailed to you via first-class mail within 2 weeks of the day we process your return.
If we made the mistake, we will pay for the shipping. Otherwise shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Without a receipt, we can only exchange merchandise returned in its original unopened condition for other merchandise or a store credit. The amount of the credit will be for the current selling price of the returned product.
Please note that we do NOT receive COD shipments.
Mail the return to the address printed on the invoice/packing slip that was included in your shipment. Place a copy of the RMA in the package.
